I first read the book hardback copy and then I bought the book on audible. Both versions have their own charm, and of course I love listening to his voice. This resilience is something I aspire to. In my own life, I&#8217;ve faced professional hurdles and personal losses that have tested my strength. This book forced me to rethink my approach to adversity, and welcome it as polish to a diamond instead of victimhood. Setbacks are not the end but rather a detour leading to something greater.<\/p><p>I have always struggled with expectations and outcomes that miss the mark of what I wanted. We all deal with dissatisfaction disappointments, and let-downs. Letting out own internal dialogue control how we handle the &#8220;red lights&#8221; is how we never recover from them.
